I smoke in the garage winter and summer . I vent it out the sliding window with 90 degree elbow and aluminum dryer vent pipe.

Works like a charm !

This is too funny! I haven't used the OBS in a while. Decided to do ribs today, and you guessed it. Wind kicked up. Couldn't help but remember this post, and it made me laugh! Got the 3 hrs of smoke at 225 done though, and I'm finishing in the oven. So far, so good.  :P
