I was just wondering, has anyone given any consideration to using the UMAi Salumi bags to make Landjaeger?  I'd love to hear your thoughts.  Thanks!

NePaSmoker makes the best landjaeger I've ever had, he might know about using the bags or have an easy way to make them without the bag.
