Hello all I am new to the site. I have reading and wanting a smoker for the last 2yrs. Santa as good and brought me one and no it is a race with my neighbour to see what is new to smoke. thanks for all the great recipes here. Smoke my first full chicken for new years day meal and it was better then I expected. thanks again.
