My S-L-T sandwich!!!

Okay, so I can't believe I did this, but after reading all the threads on smoking SPAM  I did that.  Yes, I really did that yesterday.  So I had to share.  I made a Spam, lettuce and tomato sandwich and it was ..... really good! 
I've never, ever liked SPAM until now.  LOL..

It looks pretty darn good. I've never been a spam fan either but I'd try that.

It does look really good, I've read those threads too.  I haven't eaten spam in at least 30 years, my wife Jann won't allow it in the house.  Then again, she wouldn't eat a hotdog either until I smoked a couple with some rub and she wanted a bite.  Maybe, maybe....
