Hungarian Paprika Rounds

The wife and I had plans for saturday fall through so I figured I would not let it go to waste. Pulled out some pork and decided to do some Hungarian paprika with it. Preground and spiced it up, (no pics but standard deal) Got 4 nice rounds out of 4.5lbs. Used sausage maker hungarian blend this time.



Thats before smoke or anything, real nice color from the paprika. I love that stuff ;D.

Set the pid for 130 start ramping 10 per hr and 3 hrs of hickory. Just drying right now.

Had the wife whip me up a chart so setting the PID is a breeze. I kept forgetting my place but the chart makes it real easy.

It was getting late so I didn't get any pics but here is the packaging. 3 for the freezer and one into the fridge for snackin.
This may be my last for a while, its getting crazy at work again and the week hasn't even really started.
