Hello All. 

I've trolled the forum for a while now and figured it was time to introduce myself.  I have been dabbling in smoking and grilling for years on various devices (a charcoal smoker, a Weber Kettle, 2 different propane grills, and a natural gas grill).  Last fall, a friend wanting to get into smoking suggested that we go half & half on a Bradley 4-rack digital and I jumped at the chance to cook on another device! 

Our mutual arrangement is that whatever one of us smokes, we have to save some for the other.   Needless the say, It's been a very successful partnership.  Thus far, between the two of us we've smoked his Thanksgiving turkey, a prime rib, 5-6 pork shoulders (a family favorite), salmon, chicken thighs, a lamb roast,  2 batches of cheese, and an experiment with avocados. 

All and all, it's been a lot of fun and I look forward to learn some more from everyone here and share some of our fun in St. Louis.
