Little Cubanas

I got the idea from 10.5's Longaniza Cubano Caliente sausages that he did a while back.
So, I followed his recipe, but instead of making long sausages, I made 'appetizer' sized sausages.



These little suckers were fun to make and cook.  They have a little punch in the background.  Awesome flavor!

Seemore - those look great.  Don't like the idea of the smaller size though.  When my wife asks how many I ate, I'd have to say 3 or 4 instead of one.  3 or 4 doesn't sound as good to her!
