I got the donair recipe off the internet, and to be honest there nothing too special. I have a great donair recipe tho that I've made and I'm thinking of using it and just stuffing into casing.

Fair enough, I've been searching for a good donair meat recipe for a while so I just ask everybody ;D

Well the recipe I use for making actual donairs is incredible! I can give you it if you also want to experiment with it?
