Feels good to get reaquainted with your smoker again, doesn't it? ;D

Oh, yeah. And the bacon was pretty decent too. I'll post a photo of the smoke tomorrow....

1 toothpick = honey and thyme
2 toothpicks = granualted garlic
no toothpicks = extra sugar (I actually think I meant extra salt)

Looks like 6 racks of heaven right there!
Where there's smoke, there's HAPPINESS!!!

That's a great looking load of bacon, can't wait to see it sliced.

Sorry, no photos of the slice!

It took 4 people about 30 minutes to slice, bag and vac-seal it all yesterday. Fortunately my wife was given a professional slicer that used to be at a Tim Hortons somewhere and it did a great job of it...

Got about 30 bags weighing about 6-8 ounces each.

It's nice to have a good slicer and a team to help.

I wish Tim Hortons would come to Sioux Falls. I never go to Canada without stocking up on some Tim's coffee to bring home, I love that stuff!

I used to belong to the "Coffee of the Month Club" out of San Francisco. It's run by www.coffee-anyone.com and they would send a pound of a different coffee every month.

I have to wonder if there is a market for mail order Tim Hortons coffee? A pound sent every xx weeks?
