Hello everyone,

I'm Dave also know as doc_mosi in the interwebs. I'm relatively new to smoking/grilling/barbecue. I ditched the gasser a couple years ago and got a Weber Kettle, never looked back.

I tried out an UDS but it was just a little too messy for me, but man was the food good. For the last year I've been strictly using the Weber with no long cooks, but using a bit of wood for smoke every now and again.

Yesterday, I bought a used Original Bradley Smoker that was lovingly cared for by a friend. I got a great price on what I hope is going to be a great smoker. Plans in process to try another brisket.

Stumbled across this forum looking for a manual for my Bradley. SO, I'm going to go take a look around. I'm sure I'll have questions.

Have a great Memorial Day! God bless our Troops and our vets.

Welcome to the forum doc. There's a whole lot of help here if you're in need.
Give a man a beer and he'll waste a day.
Teach him how to brew and he'll waste a lifetime.
