Great Forum and Happy to be here. Lots of Great things I am seeing so far and Thanks for having me here. Originally from the Chicago Area and been living overseas 25+ years. I am into BBQ big time.

Welcome from Texas, I bet you get to bbq and smoke some neat things in Okinawa that we don't see in the states so be sure to post some pictures.

Welcome from PA. My fiancee was stationed at Misawa Air Force Base for three years. She always talks about how much she liked Japan.
