Labor day weekend smoking

Smoke day Saturday for Sunday dinner. The pistachios were even better being under the ABTs. All that bacon and jalapeno juice dripping on them made them even tastier. Ribs, boudin, home made potato salad and beans will be the menu.









Ribs are so tender they broke apart taking them out and the middle bone popped out. Can't wait for dinner!

Good job smokinmac. Did you make the boudin or buy it local. We can't get it up here so we make our own. I'd love to find a place or two to buy some just to see the difference in  taste.

Store bought boudin, but we're close enough to Louisiana to get good fresh uncooked boudin. Threw out the package, so can't tell you brand.
