Hi again.

Done my firs small tests of the smoker.
First i tried som pork ribs. first one hour in the oven at 180 deg celsius, and then 4 houres in the smoker on 110 celsius. perfekt tender but i think i need som more flavor to it.
Then i tryed bass after a lucky fishingtrip. direktly into the smoker. first one hour on 60 degrees and then 30 min on 100 degrees. tasted really good but a little bit dry.
Learning by doing! :-))

Welcome to the forum from Canada! I have a suggestion for the ribs. Try starting them in the smoker with smoke generating for 3 hours. I'm not sure how much (if any) would flavour the meat after it was in the oven first. Giver a try!
