Digital smoker warranty

Hey Guys i have  4 Rack Digital smoker, the heating element isn't working right, i can only get it up to 150F I can hold my hand 1" over the element and it doesn't get hot so i'd say its not working right, just wondering if anyone knows off hand what the warranty is on those, or how can i get one, i looked on there website but didn't see any info.   thanks.

The warranty is for one year, but make sure all your plugs are firmly seated and give it another try, often one of the plugs doesn't seat fully and that causes uneven heating.

cool i will try that, i read on here about a guy saying to take the element out as well and check all the wires as well. thanks for the info.
