Hello Everyone

I am new to the forum but not new to using my bradley 6 rack digital smoker. Up until this past march, the smoker has made hundreds of pounds of delicious pulled pork, brisket, Jerky etc.  I look forward to getting my smoker working again and also learning new techniques and recipes.

One of my favorites from this site is Habanero Smoker's Canadian Bacon.  Also hear really good reports about Mallard Whacker's Canadian Bacon recipe, too.  Spyguy's lox is on my to do list.  As are several other recipes.

Don't miss Jan's Rub.  I think it is a great all purpose rub and it's my go-to rub for pulled pork.
