smoked Brussel sprouts??

Anyone ever smoke Brussel sprouts? It's tempting...

I have thought about smoking them but not done as yet. give it a shot i'am interested to know how they turn out.

I've never done them either, but I have cold smoked both cauliflower and broccoli.  An hour or so with Apple.  I thought the cauliflower was awesome, the broccoli, so so.  As 10.5 says, "If you can eat it, you can smoke it."  Go for it!!
