I made some trail bologna today, and I soaked a couple of extra 2 1/2 x 12, non-edible Collagen Casings.  So here's my question.  Can I allow the two extra to dry and then put them back in the refrigerator for later use, or should I toss them?  Thanks in advance.
There's room for all of God's critters right next to the mashed taters and gravy!

believe nepas told me once you just dry them and put them back. Dont quote me though in case I'm wrong ! lol  ;D and as always the pros will be along to help also.

"non-edible Collagen Casings"......? I may be wrong but if they are collagen I believe you can eat them. Are you sure they are not fibrous?  If so yes you can dry them out and reuse them.
