Got my new Bradley 4 rack digital smoker yesterday, seasoned it last night so will soon be ready to give it a try. May try some cheese but DW brought home a pork shoulder, some ribs, a turkey breast, and a brisket along with the cheese. I think she is ready to try some smoked food!
