Pucks do not automatically advance

My original smoker does not automatically advance the pucks every 20 mins. I have tested the micro switch and the rotating mechanism is correctly aligned...manual feed is good. Is there a timer in the PCB? Can anyone offer their experience?

Welcome to the forum.  I haven't had any trouble with the puck advance but some people have had success with the troubleshooting tips at the links below.
