I just received my new Bradley generator to build my smoker with. question is does the puck system run all the time or do you have to push the advance puck button? On my digital you just set the timer and it runs for that long.

The generator will feed every 20 minutes as long as it's turned on.  Not sure how long after turning on that the first will feed, but after a 10 minute (or so) pre-heat, you can hit the advance button and they will cycle every 20 minutes thereafter.
