Smoker Just displays the E message

I have used the smoker for over a year now and tried to use it today to make sausage.  It just displays E when trying to use the smoker part.  I have read the forums and can't seem to correct the E message.  Does anyone know how to fix it or get parts to fix it.

you could remove the cord and clean the contacts with contact cleaner or wd40
