NW Ohio is loving my BBQ. Been smoking for less than a year and people think I've been doing this my whole life I have to think my Bradley Smoker. I have never smoked any type of me in any smoker ever before everything I've done other than my last summer sausage making experience has been incredible. I have done multiple pork butts a few briskets baby back ribs bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers and everything has literally been better than any barbecue you can ever get at a restaurant around here. I am hooked!
