breakfast choices

just want to pass along thanks to all that have posted recipe's and technique's for the creation of foods fit for any table. this am I used fumar's crusty bread (rolled out thin coated with a layer of maple syrup rolled up and baked)to make French toast and habs/mallard wacker Canadian bacon process to feed me and mine. kudo's to the finished product. this is a hobby I will never quit. keep it up.

Well said.  I have certainly improved my diet by trying dozens and dozens of recipes from this site.  I'm pretty much the defacto chef now amongst our circle of friends and expected to feed everyone.  Not every single one has been a winner but by far the vast majority are.  Thanks and please keep sharing.
