Howdy all.
Just picked up a new bradley original 4 rack today along with the smoke master pack for the thermometer and extra racks on sale.
Fired it up after for a break in quick smoke as per manual with hickory.
Now I have a bunch of ribs/chops and a pork tenderloin with mesquite/chipotle rub sitting in the fridge waiting for tomorrow morning.
looking forward to learning and contributing as able.
in the future I will be likely purchasing at the least a single probe pid/and maybe doing the 900w upgrade being in central canada and winters sucking. But that can wait for a better exchange rate haha.

welcome aboard Nate, the 900 watt element is a  great mod and can not complain a bit,,, been  running mine now for 8 years,, still going strong on the  orginal element  with a  blower below it
