Hi, I'm from Wasilla Alaska.  I was able to cold smoke bacon on an older Traeger grill but after purchasing a new Traeger, I'm no longer able to cold smoke.  The new Traeger throws an error and shuts down if the temperature is below 125ºF for ten minutes.  So I'm going to purchase a Bradley smoker with a cold smoke adapter this weekend.  I really prefer smoking bacon at around 80ºF.  Looks like you guys have a great forum here and learned a bunch already.
