Hey all:

I started smoking on a Bradley Digital 4 rack smoker over 4 years ago.  I just recently upgraded to the new 10 rack Smart Smoker.   I new to the forums and figured I should do the whole introduction.   I live in southern Wisconsin and work as a IT manager while I'm not smoking up on the weekends.    My pulled pork has already made me famous at my new job.  Haven't made anything on the new smoker it arrived two days ago so I just seasoned it a bit yesterday.
