smoking Temp Adjustment

Hi,

   I am new to this site and the Bradley smokers. I have had big chiefs and gas smokers, always heard these were the way to go. I just purchased a new Bradley Smart Smoker. My question is , how do you adjust the smoke temp. ? If I do not turn on the oven and just want smoke. Is there a way to adjust the temp. When I done the seasoning , it told me to set the temp to medium. I can find the oven setting but nothing for the smoking temp setting. Thank you for your help.

There's no way to adjust the smoke temp. It's factory determined to char the biscuits and produce smoke.

    Thank you Salmonsmoker , I will just grind and mix my sausage and start smoking. Hope fully I get into some salmon this sping.
