Hello from Waterloo Ontario

I just picked up a new to me BS611 off Kijiji last week and have been reading through the forum for tips and tricks. I'm not new to smoking, I've been using a Kamado Joe and also a home build cedar box with a A-maze-n pellet smoker for a while but wanted something with a bit more control. A few years ago I built a PID unit to use my Crock Pot for sous vide using an Inkbird ITC-2000. I later bought an Anova so the PID will be pressed into use on my Bradley. I'm also looking at adding a fan and second element but first I should cook something I guess.  8)
