Please share a great Nova cold smoked recipe

I am a new smoker and have been experimenting with great success.  However, i am in search of that perfectly cured/brined/smoked taste of Nova Smoked samlmon that i get in a Jewish deli.  Can anyone share a recipe from start to finish?  Thanks so much! :)
