I ordered a BS from (AMWB)Americas worst BB on July 12,2004 before I have started to read the post on this forum, I wish I would have looked here first.They said about 10 days to get it to my door. So I waited about 15 days and no smoker called again and they said they would come in and be shipped out this past Thurs. still no tracking number. Called them today on Aug. 2 and she said that it should go out this week so I told her to cancel the order and she said that this is not a long time to wait for your smoker well I canceled the order. I hope that Bradley looks at this post and takes that vendor off their list because they are the Americas worst not Americas best.
Kirk If you are reading this post I will be ordering from you as soon as the give me a credit and I hope it will not be in 20 days.[xx(]

Most Bradley dealers do not stock the product. When they get an order it is processed through a fulfullment warehouse in Minnesota. Heck, most of our orders come out of there too, but since we are ordering pallets, our turn-around is pretty good.

We strive to stock everything Bradley offers and ship it the same or next day of the order. We will also email you the tracking nuber the day it is shipped. And, if you have questions, we <b>USE</b> what we sell & are happy to talk if you call. Can't tell you how to smoke a possum but after 20 years of experiments, I'm happy to share what I do know.

I received my order today. NOW THAT IS FAST SERVICE 3 DAYS.I just wish that I would have ordered my BS from you I would be a seasoned smoker by now.
I have one question my wife picked up a couple racks of ribs and a 6lb butt for me to do this weekend.She did not get a fresh butt the butt came from the butcher's smoke house is there anything that I could do with this.

Although I have never done this, my gut tells me this. Put a layer of bacon on the top rack, the butt on the 2nd & the ribs on the 3rd & 4th. By the time the ribs are cooked, the butt should be nicely warmed & the second smoking won't hurt it a bit.

Normally I would reverse that order if it was a fresh butt, but (?) since it's already cooked, you want to focus on the ribs. The bacon will help it from drying out since it probably has already rendered most of its' fat.

Don't throw away the bacon either. Even if you don't eat it then, it's some really tasty stuff. Think of it as pig jerky![:D]
