Cold Weather smoking

Appreciate all the good suggestions on using the smoker during cold days.  I will try the suggestions on my next smoking project.

Welcome aboard Larry ,
                     Cold weather can be slow. pre-heating can help. But most of all, keep the wind away
from your BS . If you're looking to save time , you can finish in your oven after your smoking is
completed. You'll learn something new everytime you use your BS ...remember , open the door as
little as possible , even though it is hard not to sneek a peek.
