Think I read in one of the discussions about slathering some ribs with Iceman's Sauce. Looked in the recipie site and did not find it. Does anyone have the recipie, or was I just dreaming.

Wildcat

There is no receipe.  You can get it directly from Iceman.  Send him an e-mail.  It is super stuff!!! ;)

It really is the ONLY sauce for ribs and is alright on other stuff too. MUST have for ribs.

E-mail Iceman and he will tell you how to order. I will be ordering mine in the spring when the temps warm up a bit.

Check out the Smokin Weekend thread.  I have a picture of some of Iceman's ribbed up Sopin' Sauce.  His rub makes good "g"rub  as well.

Thanks for the info, got in touch with Iceman today, gave me the details on ordering his sauce. What a nice guy!!! Will be placing an order from him soon, and then it will be time to try my first rack of ribs. Can't wait, thanks again to everyone

As Icerat said, low and slow.  4 hours at 200, FTC, and I tossed the sauced ones on the grill for a quick flash over.
