Two thumbs up to the chef ......... I can tell by the juices on the plate ( can't say blood at supper at my house .or mention if it was a buck or a doe.. my wife eats it med-rare but don't talk about it  lol ) that it is done to my satisfaction ..... sorry I missed it . I would have brought mushrooms and onions ..  and beer . lol  ;D
