Rainy days

Well, my sauce and rub from Iceman showed up this week.Couldnt wait to try it and bought some babybacks and a small pork loin to throw in the smoker, got e all rubbed up and woke up this morning to a downpour :-\Wifes gonna be outta town tommorrow, then Ill be gone from Monday to Wednsday so I had to figure out what to do with my meat.Inspiration hit and caused me to clean out my screened in porch in the back of the house, took one window completely out, set up a table and opened another window to make a cross draft ands Im smoking in the house ;DWorks pretty good actually as long as thew wind doesnt switch.

My first idea was to stick the smoker in the fireplace, open the flue, and cook right there in the living room, wife quickly vetoed that as called me an idiot  :PShe cant be home all the time though so I may get to try it this winter  8)Anyway, foods cooking, sokes going outside so far and everythings looking good, Ill let you know how it turns out
