As much as I LOVE my BS if money was no object I would go for one of these pups:

The owner of a local commercial smoke house was good enough to show me the Double Maxi they operate, they were hot smoking 70 sides of salmon at the time although it can do both hot and cold smoking.

Smallest one starts at around £6000/$12000 whilst the Maxi is around £10000 / $20000, the even bigger ones cost major £££/$$$'s.

Time to start saving my pocket money methinks!  ;) :D

Impressive!  :o This is what the commercial folks need.  Tooooooo much for my small party.

The Mini takes up to around 55lbs of food, can't see me needing anything bigger than that!  ;)

The biggest one takes 6600lbs of food..... now that would be one heck of a party!!  :o :o
