Will it take the same amount of time to cook three 7 pound butts as it would to do one 7 pounder?

It will take longer because you have more mass in the cabinet, which will take it much longer to get up to your set temperature. How much longer, I couldn't say. I should start taking better notes when I do my smokes.

I wish I had taken notes too.  I guess I will allow 16 hours and if they are done early FTC till munch time.
