Took some turkey legs and dry rubbed them.
Next day threw into smoker on top shelf while smoking some pork butts.
After 5 hrs I pulled the legs (butts went on for another 13+ hrs).
Then vacuum sealed and froze the legs for another day.

Took one into work today and threw it into the nuker.

When the bag opened, WHAM!  the sweet, wonderful, smokey smell was everywhere!!!!
People came from down the hall and the otherside of the open building to find out what the source was.
When I was heading home, I overheard people talking about the bbq smell in the air that seemed to linger ...  ;D

Just have to do these types of things every now and then -

Let everyone know what a good hobby smells like  ;)

Aw the smell of a good hobby!!!  ;D I bring in ribs and chicken about once a month to the corporate office and set them in a steamer in the break room for the folks that work over there in the fish bowl. Drives them absolutely crazy. I get so many calls from them to find out when the next treat is coming it's hilarious.  :D ;)

Memo to self: Create new bumper sticker:

DOES YOUR HOBBY SMELL GOOD ?
