I dont know what i did different this time but the snack sticks turned out like hunters sausage sticks  ;D
But they are good and even my daughter likes em. I should have wrote down how much of each ingredient i was putting in the meat  :o

I cut em into bits size pieces for easy carrying  ;D  I used clear collegen 19mm casings

Mmm, just in time for archery season. Looking good. I'm out of venison from last year. Hoping to change that soon. Still have plenty of feral hog and wild salmon left to keep my OBS busy for a while anyway. What kind of ingredients did you use? Looks like the collagen did a nice job of shrinking with the meat as well.

Yeah Brian the casings i used were 19mm but i am going to use smaller ones next time.

Hey i heard today that feral hog is opening in upstate PA?
