Some BEAUTIFUL butts, Hillbilly! I haven't done a butt yet, only a tenderloin, but it won't be long after seeing your pics. I've been reading up on them on the forums, and I think I'm ready. May I ask where you found the bear claws? I looked for some a while back and didn't have any luck,and kind of forgot about them until I saw yours.
