Allright, the snow stopped, I got my windbreak built and the chicken wraps are in. Thought I would start slow. I have four of them in on the middle rack with 4 pucks of maple. It's 24 out and north wind 10-15. Got the smoker set at 230. After loading it is down to 195. Used hot water, but no bricks on this one. I took some before pictures can someone tell me how to post pictures?
Gotta go make an adult beverage now. Cheers!

Hi Terry;
Just google up "photobucket" and join. It's a free service for hosting pictures so you can post them on the forum. After signing up just hit the brouse button then go to where you saved your pictures and load them into photobucket. Then you can select the photos you want do download, hit create HTML and then paste them to your post on the forum. Go back to the forum and paste it to your post.
Old's posts pictures for forum members also. Don't PM him but if you ask him in a post he might do it for you. :)

Looks great so far Big Red!  Good luck with your maiden smoke.  It's not as good as bringing a newborn home, but you don't have to worry about the odor coming out of your smoker, so it's a close second  ;D.

I didn't see your adult beverage......try to get it in the next pics  ;)

Have a fun smoke!

The meal is done, now for clean up duty. The wife is up giving the kids baths and I get to clean up. Then we are going to watch a movie (the new Harry Potter out on DVD today) and then to bed. The chicken wraps were OK. Next time I will pull them at internal temp of 155 and let them coast in FTC the rest of the way. A little dry this time. But I am happy for it being my first time. How many of us can say our first time was great. ;) Here are pics of final product. The one thing I am sure I did right was having 3 c*cktails during the smoke. I am now ready for a relaxing evening.

Thanks for all of the wonderful advice I have been getting from my new friends here. It really is a very helpful and friendly place. I am starting to feel like one of the family.

cheers all!  Terry

Looking like a pro already bigred!!! :D ;D Good job.

That looks like a really tasty meal.  Three cocktails and a little asparagus is always good for a cheap laugh too.
