NEED HELP!!!

Having trouble with my smoker.  The light on the smoke generator comes on and has power, but the light on the power indicator doesn't come on and the heating element doesn't heat up.  I'm new to the forum and my smoker so i was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem?

What smoker do you have? Original or digital?

Unplug and replug the cord between the generator and cabinet on both ends.  Also (I'm sure you already checked this though) move the slider switch one way or the other...some cut out at full on.  If neither of those fix it, I'd say a call to Bradley is in order.

I have the original.  I've tried unpluging and even replaced the fuse in the back with no success.  Don't know what else to do, so i'll probably just have to give bradley a call and see what they think.  Thanks for the help though.  Hopefully i can get it fixed soon though, cuz some ribs are sounding mighty good.   :'(

Have you tried plugging the oven directly into a wall outlet, and not to the back of generator?
