Have more smoking but the temp is awhacky cuz its SNOWING AGAIN  :'(

Man those look good, I am being very tempted by the whole sausage/snack stick thing. What does it take to do snack sticks?

Man, ya sure know how to make a guy drool, I have some of those planned for the weekend here, no snow in sight here ;D , Stopped at the big "C" to see ya a few times, kept missin' ya.

I am waiting for my supplies to arrive.  Tiny's delivery will be here tomorrow but not sure what day B&P will be delivering the casings.

May just be the push I need to thaw the specimens that I picked up for some snack sticks a couple of weeks ago and didn't get done.  Need recipe ASAP.....got casings, 60% beef, 40% pork, (that's what my batch will consist of, not the fat content), assorted seasonings, and some Cure#1...just need to know amounts of what to put together for a baseline stick.
