Hi Guys,
I've just rubbed 19 pounds worth of brisket and will take some pictures along the way to post.
How do I post pictures along with my story?

You need them to be hosted on another site then the link can be pasted on here.  If done between the [IMG] tags, the picture will show.  The button for the IMG tags is up above the faces, second from the left.  If you use a service like Photobucket, you upload your picture to their site, you are give the option to select the size, I use the Web size, and then after upload, you can click on the link box that include the IMG tags which copies the link and tags, then you just paste on your reply.  It may sound more complicated than it is.

There are many free photo services out there.  Photobucket is just one of them.
Here is their link if you care to use it.

If you need further assistance, just drop another note or you can search this site as there are many instructional posts for using pictures here.

BIG brisket you have there, Lumpy. That one will take a while to cook. Let me know when it's done, and I'll let you know where to send the samples. ;) Good luck!
