Excellent Customer Service From Bradley

I just wanted to pass on the excellent customer service recently received from Bradley. My BDS 4-shelf was giving me the known issue of pucks not advancing on their own due to a faulty motor.
  After contacting Bradley in BC, they were very quick to help fix the problem with a new generator sent to my house within a few days!

In a world of "you're on your own" service policies, my hat comes off to Bradley for providing friendly and super fast customer service!

You are not alone sharing great customer service stories from Bradley. I have had the same experience as well.  Your really mad when something goes wrong but they treat you so good you cant stay mad. :-\ Disgusting deal how that goes  ;D
