Well its all done and over with now
I want to thank everyone for their advice
It turned out fantastic, we have alot of BBQ places around and
it was better than anywhere I have had b4- I guess nothing beats straight from the smoker! ;D

Looks good!

The only thing better then right out of the smoker; is the left overs a day or two later. :)
