I saw some pictures of this on a thread and they looked fantastic. Ever since I have been looking for the recipe and cannot seem to find it. Can someone help me Please? thks a bunch Dave

I have also read on here that some take Jimmy Deans or some other make of sausage roll and just put it in the smoker like Nepas ground beef fattys. I think about anything goes when making a fatty.

If you take a Ritz cracker top it with a piece of fatty and a chunk of cheese , pop a bunch of em on a rack with apple (2 pucks) and smoke em low heat you got some GOOD EATS Horderves.
