I would follow Mike's advise.

To me it seems that you got pure sodium nitrite, with a little salt as a carrier and bicarbonate to keep it from caking; similar to what you would get from a pharmacy. If that is true, this is no wheres close to being a pink salt or Cure #1. Cure #1 is a mixture of 1 pound of salt, to 1 ounce of sodium nitrite, which will give you the 6.26% sodium nitrite.
