I hope all the Canuckleheads have a great smoke planned with family and friends. I've got 23 lbs of butt in the smoker this evening, planning to pull it tomorrow about this time. We're going sailing for 4 days with some friends so we'll have pulled pork on the boat, with maybe some Dungeness for appies. The rest is going in the freezer for my mother in law's 80th birthday, 30 people. I will supplement the pork with  grilled wild spring salmon and maybe some yardbird. Have a good July 1st and enjoy yourselves.
All the best,

I've got a pretty lazy day planned.  ::)
I did 30 lbs of Kielbasa on the weekend so I'm taking it easy. It was 33C here yesterday and similar today, that's about 91F. I know, I know, That's a cool day for LQ but for us Canucks that's hot!  :o

Anyway, I hope all my fellow Canucks have a great Canada Day!  ;)
