Had a big plan today.....but I got Mom-to-do-list (which is always worse than a Honey-do)..so got there and got back home...its time to smoke, oh great thunderstorms firing up and its late what to do......now I'm still a smokin, in my brain, at this moment, so as the thunder rolls...I panicked and the girls go on the grill, with a little corn and then it dawned on me..dang I got the well house



Nice smoke!

westexasmoker that's looking mighty fine. I just did some beer butting for Anns niece last week when she came up for a fishing trip. She said she would never be able to eat a regular grilled chicken again. Nice to treat folks to real smoked food.  ;D
I guess us lucky folks here on the forum are spoiled and we just don't know it.  ::) :D ;)
