They have babyback ribs on sale for $2.99/lb.  Normally $5.99/lb.  As well, they have pork loin on sale for $1.79/lb versus their usual $4.29/lb.  Picked me up a couple of slabs which are in the refer with rub on waiting for the smoke tomorrow.  Also picked up 2 6-pound loins which will go in the cure tomorrow as the start of a 2 week journey into Canadian Bacon.

Yea, I know ya love me.....why do ya think I continue to get out of bed every morning?  ;D

The deal was just too good to pass up, so I raided the kids piggy banks (after all, what are student loans for anyway? ;)).  I did the ribs yesterday and they were by far the best ribs I've ever done.  I couldn't keep the meat on the bone (I probably should have pulled a little sooner) but the flavor was incredible.  Gonna start the canadian bacon on their 2 week journey this afternoon.

I'd buy some for you Q, but I fear with shipping costs, it'd be a wash  ;D
